30-DAYS REFUND POLICY

When We Offer a Full Refund (Including Shipping)? 

We provide a full refund in the following cases:

If the product you receive is not the same as shown in the photos on our website.

▪︎ Damaged items: 

If your order arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

👉 If the wrong size or color was ordered, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • If returning the item is not convenient due to shipping costs, feel free to contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist with an alternative solution, such as a discount coupon of up to 25% (one-time use).

When Refunds Are Not Available (but we offer solutions)?

▪︎ Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Adress:
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and we are not notified within 2–3 days to update or correct it, we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost.
   - However, if the package is not lost and is returned to us due to an address error, we can arrange a re-delivery for a small additional fee to cover shipping costs (in most cases, this is free).

▪︎ Used Items:
Used, worn, or washed items are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Changed Your Mind? 

You may return your order; however, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time.

Refunds may take 1–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
